In the future, we want to develop into a fully digital engineering platform that offers intelligent solutions for sustainable construction and renovation. To achieve this, we need your support.

Das ist dein Job

Build and improve our WordPress platforms together with our lead developer.
Develop custom WordPress plugins in PHP that follow best practices.
Fix bugs, roll out new features, and support our service and ops teams.
Maintain and evolve our internal systems.
Work with APIs (like HubSpot or other partners).
Collaborate with the team and our CEO to shape new products and ideas.

What We’re Looking For

You’ve worked with WordPress before – not just installing themes, but actually building things.
You know your way around HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, SQL – and can code clean, well-structured solutions.
You’re up to date with tech trends and like thinking in systems and models.
You’re reliable, detail-focused, and take ownership of your work.
You work independently, but enjoy being part of a team.
You’re quick to learn, open to feedback, and not afraid of new tools.
Most importantly: you want your work to have meaning and make a difference.
